You get a written, itemized scope before any deposit changes hands, and if something changes mid-project — a hidden plumbing issue, a backordered material — you hear about it from us first. We manage the permit process directly with San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and Milpitas so you're not the one making calls to a building department.
Availability
